		<description>Dude, I am SO WITH YOU on the whimsy thing. It should apply to TV, too; so many shows can&#039;t decide if they&#039;re wacky and character-driven or if they&#039;re hard boiled dramas, so you end up with Chuck, Pushing Daisies, Burn Notice, etc; shows which switch with no warning between fun and whimsy and then BLAM someone gets machine gunned. Or whatever.
